What do I need to bring to class?
Our classes are designed to be a stand-alone experience and do not require participants to bring anything to a class other than an open mind and willingness to learn.
Do I get a copy of the slides?
All participants will get a printed copy of the slides on the day they show up for a class.
What forms of payment do you accept?
EventBrite, our event manager, accepts all credit cards. We accept personal or business check or money orders. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for payment via this method. Unless otherwise stated, all of our classes begin at 8:30 AM and run to 4:30 PM, local time. Classes generally include a break for lunch around noon, as well as a brief breaks in the morning and afternoon.
Our locations are in downtown Boston and Kendall Sq Cambridge. Both locations are a minutes away by cab from the hotels listed below. Training location is based upon enrollment and will be confirmed 2 weeks prior to training.
If you are driving to our location, we will provide parking options based on location.
PDU Reporting for PMPs and those applying for PMI’s Agile Certification
PMPs may file for up to 7 PDUs per day under PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements, “Category 4: Other Providers.” Guidance Tecnology Training courses can also be applied to the required 21 contact hours that must be earned in Agile project management topics as part of the PMI-ACPSMapplication process. What happens if a class is cancelled?
In the case that a class is canceled, participants are entitled to transfer to another class or receive a full refund at their discretion.
What is the cancellation policy for a ticket I’ve already purchased?
Public training participants who cancel their registrations up to 30 days prior to the registered class will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled class, the participant will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to a class start, or registered participants who do not attend the training without providing prior notice, will be not be eligible for a refund or credit and will be charged the full amount of the registration. Guidance Technology reserves the right to amend this policy at any time as well as review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of family or health emergencies, hardship cases, etc. Requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can complete our contact form.
